(Construction) - The 2017 Construction Corporation No. 1- JSC (CC1) employee conference was just held on April 21 in Ho Chi Minh City. Attending the Conference were the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director, Chairman of the Trade Union and 73 delegates representing 1,203 employees throughout the Corporation.
The conference listened to the report of the Presidium, absorbed the discussion opinions of the delegates and agreed and voted to approve issues such as: Human Resources Report, implementation of collective labor agreement, TCty's internal rules and regulations, situation of complaints and denunciations and resolution of complaints and denunciations. In addition, the Conference agreed on the Report on production and business activities for the first quarter of 2017, content directly related to employees and solutions to complete the plan in the last 9 months of the year. 2017, that is: Focus on timely implementation of transitional projects from 2016. Focus on investing in highly effective projects. Strengthen marketing and search for projects. Implement the CC1 Restructuring program on schedule and effectively with the support of ADB. Continue to improve and develop human resources, optimize the apparatus to minimize management costs. Improve financial capacity. Report on activities of the Labor Representative Board in 2016. The 2017 CC1 Labor Conference elected members to represent the labor collective to participate in periodic dialogues including 10 employees.
The conference called on all officials and employees to promote their role of responsibility, solidarity, and actively respond to activities and emulation movements launched by the Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee, contributing to the implementation. Successfully achieved production and business plans, building an ever-growing Corporation. The 2017 CC1 Labor Conference also elected members to represent the employee collective of 10 employees to participate in periodic dialogues with employers.
