Occupational Safety Training Session 2018


Regarding the Labor Protection Plan within the Corporation in 2018, on March 30 of 2018, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC organized a training course on Occupational Safety – Labor Law for Employers – periodically 2018 at the Corporation Hall.

There were nearly 70 participants attending the training class, subjects being employers; Chairperson, Deputy of the Corporation's Director Board and Management Board. The content of the class was organized by Mr. Nguyen Van Hong, legal expert of The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City; lecturer of Ton Duc Thang University.

Through extensive training on occupational safety and health & fire protection among employees of the Corporation; Raise awareness and sense of responsibility of leaders at all levels, managers and supervisors about the meaning and role of occupational safety and health & fire protection; Strengthening the investment, management, information work, propagation and reward competition on occupational safety and health & fire protection; Promote conditions to improve working conditions, ensure occupational safety and health & fire protection, protect the health of employees, prevent labor accidents and occupational diseases, contributing to the stability and development of the unit.

The occupational safety, health and fire prevention work of Construction Corporation No. 1 is one of the key tasks carried out throughout the production and business tasks, which is paid special attention by leaders. Some large projects that have done well in this work are: Mong Duong Thermal Power Project, Nhon Trach, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant Project, Thu Duc Water Plant Phase III Project, Ho Chi Minh City Children's Hospital Project, etc. and currently continues to perform well in the management of occupational safety in other projects.

Over the past years, the Corporation's Occupational safety work has made significant progress, minimizing labor accidents as well as ensuring good living and working conditions of employees on the construction site. Especially from 2015 up to now, the system of staff doing safety work from the General Company to its member units has been strengthened, perfected and operated effectively. As a result, there are no serious labor accidents.
