Since 1996, Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) received lifelong care for 20 heroic Vietnamese mothers in Duc Pho district, Quang Ngai province. As usual every year, on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2019), with the consent of the Party Committee and Board of Directors, on July 15, 2019, the Company CC1 Youth Union and Youth Union visited the Mothers.
The group visited, cEvil Mother was very happy when she recognized the familiar members of CC1. Even though they were old and not in good health, the mothers still enthusiastically welcomed the group with stories about their husbands and children during the war with extremely proud eyes.
Now 99 years old, Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Rang in Qui Thien village, Pho Khanh commune, Duc Pho district is still healthy and alert. The sad memories of losing 3 children are inconsolable. During the resistance war against the US, Mother herself was repeatedly tortured and brutally beaten for participating in revolutionary activities. And there is no greater pain than when Mother received the news that her son Mai Muc died while fighting against the enemy invasion in 1967. Her tears had not yet dried when she had to endure great pain when she heard the news. Mother's daughter, Mai Thi Ran, died while on duty and was ambushed by the enemy in 1969. Mother's pain did not stop there, once again she had to endure the pain of hearing the news of her daughter. Mother's second son, Mai Thi Hoa, died while on duty in 1973.
Mother Nguyen Thi Duc in Pho An has gradually recovered after a period of illness and still tried to sit up to chat with the group. Mother's husband and only son died, and now she lives with her nephew's family.
In Pho Thuan district and Pho Khanh district, the delegation visited and gave gifts to Mother Doan Thi Kim Tuan, Mother Nguyen Thi Long, Mother Tran Thi Tam.
Talking about the losses that the Mothers had to go through, the whole group could not hide their emotions when most of the mothers' husbands and children died in wars.
The delegation inquired about and encouraged the health and daily activities of the Mothers and expressed the deep gratitude of CC1 officers and staff for the contributions of the Mothers and their families in the struggle for national liberation. clan.
Through sharing, the delegation was very excited because the families were all cultural families, always leading role models in local movements and activities. A representative of Duc Pho district leaders said that the district is very grateful for CC1's thoughtful attention to the sacrifices and losses of heroic Vietnamese mothers during the past time, and at the same time thanks them for their contributions. CC1 has been implemented for the development of society.
As time passed, due to old age and weak health, more than half of the heroic Vietnamese Mothers CC1 took care of passed away. After each trip to visit Mother, the image of the group members sitting around her, asking questions and chatting with her, makes life more meaningful.
