Occupational safety and health training is one of the mandatory contents of labor protection in order to provide knowledge and practice skills, help employers proactively develop and implement plans and measures for occupational safety and health and employees know how to practice occupational safety and health, and handle situations in the process of production labor.

Stemming from the importance of ensuring occupational safety and health, on 12/6/2020, cc1 Corporation's Trade Union in collaboration with the Human Resources Department organized occupational safety and health training for employers in group 1 (Decree 44/2016 ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 from the Government) at the Corporation Hall.

Attending the training class, there was the presence of Comrade Vu Thi To Tam, Chairman of the Trade Union; The Vice Chairman of the Corporation's Labor Safety Council and 70 comrades are Directors/Deputy Directors, Heads/Deputy Heads of The Corporation's Department and 21 trade unionized units under the Corporation's Trade Union. According to the plan, from June 22, 2020, the Trade Union will continue to coordinate to open OSH training courses for subjects in group 2,3,4,5,6.
The lecturer of the training class is Mr. Nguyen Van Bac - Southeast Asia OSH Training Co., Ltd.

At the training class, comrades heard practical and important information such as: System of policies and laws on occupational safety and health; System of documents of relevant ministries; Occupational safety and health work, organization of the management apparatus and implementation of regulations on occupational safety and health at establishments. Basic knowledge of harmful dangerous factors in production and preventive remedies; Rights and obligations of employers and employees in labor protection work; Specialized training content, etc.

After the end of the training class, comrades who take the test and meet the requirements will be issued a Certificate.

Also in May 2020, the Trade Union cooperated with its expertise to organize practical activities in response to the 4th Occupational Safety and Health Action Month 2020 with the theme "Promoting the improvement of working conditions and controlling safety risks, occupational hygiene at the workplace": Launching propaganda and printing publications on the topic of occupational safety; hang banners and propaganda posters in production areas and construction sites with the amount of 15 million VND; The Trade Union of the Corporation and grassroots trade unions organized a visit to give gifts to 91 workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from labor accidents and occupational diseases (TCT trade union spent 500,000 VND/part, labor unions spent from 300,000 VND-1,000,000 VND/part); Coordinate to inspect labor safety at 06 member units and projects of the Corporation.
