Trach and Le Thuy (Quang Binh). These are the localities that suffered heavy damage after the historic flood in mid-October.

The historic flood has destroyed many buildings and houses and caused great damage to properties, seriously affecting production and people's lives in the storm and flood areas.

Therefore, all households receiving gifts are mostly disadvantaged groups considered and selected by villages and communes because of heavy damage. There are very tragic cases: household items, livestock and poultry were swept away by floods and storms.
