Transfering in CC1's New Mission


A few days before the end of April, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) organized a 3-day-2-night team building program in Ho Tram with many meaningful and connecting collective activities for the Executive Board and managers on every level.

Conveying the message "Change to survive and thrive", the program consists of activities featuring local culture and games using both intellect & physical strength. Not only bringing joy, but also aim for high cohesion in the organization. Through situations and challenges, each member draws profound lessons on teamwork coordination, how to listen and respect each other. Impressively, CC1 members have shown the spirit of enthusiasm to constantly innovate, innovating together for a common goal "Leading change – A reliable partner in Investment - Construction".

Along with team building activities, the program also conducted group work sessions in coordination between departments; management levels discuss together to redefine Core Values, CC1 Code of Conduct to suit the new vision and mission in the new context: The Corporation completed the transition from the State capital to public equitization from the end of 2020. During these special 3 days, KPI management tools have also been implemented to ensure the Corporation's business strategic goals by 2025. This special event in 2021 is closed with the Signing Ceremony of Plan Acceptance.

With these meaningful activities, surely each member has had all their relaxed time, refreshing the spirit before returning to work. CC1's Leader Board will continue to maintain similar events regularly to increase engagement, develop team proficiency, and build a wonderful work environment.
