CC1 welcomed and worked with the Delegation of Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh at the Hai Phong coastal road construction project


On the afternoon of January 25, CC1's Board of Directors had the honor to welcome and work with the delegation of Comrade Le Van Thanh – Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister at the coastal road construction project in Hai Phong city and 9km in Thai Binh province. The delegation came to check the progress of some key traffic projects in the area and attended the technical traffic cutting ceremony of Rao bridge in the afternoon of the same day.

Accompanying the delegation to the Central Committee were Comrades: Nguyen Hoang Anh – Party Central Committee member, Chairman of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises; Nguyen Van Luc – Vice Chairman of Government Office; Nguyen Ngoc Dong – Deputy Minister of Transport; Tran Duy Dong – Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.

For city leaders, there were comrades: Tran Luu Quang – Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Delegation of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Van Tung – Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Do Manh Hien – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee. Together with comrades in the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council &City People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, units and localities.

Mr. Nguyen Van Huan – Chairman of the Board on behalf of CC1 Board of Directors welcomed Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh at the project.

Inspecting the Coastal road project in Hai Phong city and 9 km in Thai Binh province, the Deputy Prime Minister shared the difficulties that CC1 has to face, and also pointed out that along with the investment of Hai Phong city, CC1 needs to mobilize maximum equipment, means and forces to accelerate the project progress. Instead of completing the entire project in the next 15 months, CC1 shortened the schedule to 10-12 months, striving to complete it before the Lunar New Year in 2023. To complete the project, the Deputy Prime Minister asked CC1, the Management Board to direct construction units to focus resources to quickly build bridges in the project, take that as a fulcrum to develop the next category.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh basically agreed with the proposal of CC1 and the City People's Committee on adjusting the route planning, extending it by 8.5 km to connect to the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway area, Hai Phong - Ha Long highway and Tan Vu - Lach Huyen road. The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Transport and Communications to coordinate with CC1 and the City People's Committee to implement the planning and connect routes according to regulations.  

Comrades and members of the Party Central Committee: Le Van Thanh, Deputy Prime Minister; Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation and representatives of CC1 leadership expressed their determination to complete the project on schedule.
