Accordingly, Hanoi Construction Corporation - JSC and CC1 are very honored and proud to have been selected by the Investor, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) to be the Contractor to implement Package No. demolition work, soil foundation, pile foundation, basement floor construction project of passenger terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
The project "Construction of passenger terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat international airport" includes 3 main items: passenger terminal, high-rise garage combining non-aviation services and viaduct system in front of the terminal with a total cost investment 10,990 billion. Funds for the implementation of the Project are mobilized from the owner's equity of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (70%) and commercial loans (accounting for 30%).
Passenger terminal T3 has a scale of 1 basement and 4 floors, total construction floor area is 112,500 m2. HANCORP-CC1 has won the bid for Package 11 Demolition construction, soil foundation, pile foundation, basement floor with a contract value of VND 1381 billion, contract execution time 289 days from the date of commencement of work. .
