Job Description:
– Directly organize and manage the overall construction of the site (priority for the Road section) to meet the set schedule;
– Manage and operate the site according to the Subcontractor Model of Labor + Machine; Materials provided by the main contractor;
– Take charge of directing the work of establishing BPTC and Material Plan for each construction item;
– Work directly with the Project Management Board, the Investor's Project Management Board and relevant agencies to resolve construction site problems. Replace the director when he is absent;
– Manage the work of the Executive Board's internal human resources;
– Interact and coordinate with the Corporation's Departments on the Management Board's needs for the Construction Site.
