Job description:

• Control the volume of acceptance, payment, and settlement with investors, subcontractors, and teams.
• Control costs and budgets.
• Monitor the status of project contract implementation, handle payment issues that arise related to the contract...
• Drafting and signing contracts with partners.
• Take off quantities from technical drawings and construction drawings.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Director of the Executive Board.

Job requirements:

• University degree or higher in or related to construction economics or road or bridge or tunnel construction.
• Having worked in payment or construction of traffic works for at least 5 years.
• Has been in charge of payment for at least 01 grade I traffic works or higher or 02 grade II traffic works.
• Have a high sense of responsibility, work proactively and withstand high pressure working environment.
• Always progressive and enthusiastic in work.
