Participate in planning internal human resource strategies for the Research &amp; Development Department<br \/>\n4. Effectively manage the work performance of the Research &amp; Development Department&#039;s staff.<br \/>\n5. Coordinate with functional Departments\/Offices to develop and complete the Department&#039;s professional training documents.<br \/>\n6. Participate in annual training according to the Corporation&#039;s orientation.<br \/>\n<u><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\n1. Knowledge, Experience, Professional Skills<br \/>\n\u2013 Education: Engineer \/ Architect \/ Master<br \/>\n\u2013 Training major: Materials Engineering \/ Construction Engineering \/ Architecture<br \/>\n\u2013 Professional\/professional certificates: Construction Design Certificate and other degrees (if any).<br \/>\n\u2013 Working experience: Minimum 10 years in the position of construction engineering\/survey\/architecture\/construction materials research, with achievements in technical research management.<br \/>\n\u2013 English proficiency: Ability to read and understand specialized English documents.<br \/>\n\u2013 Computer skills: Proficiency in office software such as MS Office, MS Project, and construction-related application software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navitworks, BIM360, Archicad, Sketch up, ... is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2013 Professional capacity requirements:<br \/>\n+ Have in-depth knowledge of new technology applications, materials, technical solutions and construction methods in the construction industry.<br \/>\n+ Grasp the development and trends of new technologies and materials in the construction industry.<br \/>\n+ Establish and improve processes, forms, tools and other instruments related to R&amp;D activities, such as: new technologies, materials, optimal technical and construction solutions, etc.<br \/>\n+ Ability to analyze, evaluate and research the application of new materials and technologies to projects.<br \/>\n+ Knowledge of suppliers, manufacturers and products available locally and in overseas markets.<\/p>\n<p>2.
