Develop communication strategy:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Plan and implement internal communications strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement.<br \/>\n2. Create content:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Write and edit communication materials such as newsletters, articles for intranet, and content for internal events.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Production of videos, images and other visual communication materials.<br \/>\n3. Information channel management:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Maintain and update internal communication channels such as intranet, email, bulletin boards, and internal social networks.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Ensure information is transmitted accurately and promptly.<br \/>\n4. Training:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Integration training, sharing corporate culture<br \/>\n4. Event organization:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Plan and organize internal events such as seminars, meetings, and team building activities.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Organize activities and programs to spread corporate culture and change employee behavior according to the core values of the business.<br \/>\n5. Analysis and reporting:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication activities.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Conduct surveys to collect opinions and feedback from employees.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Evaluate the effectiveness of spreading corporate culture and the level of change in employee behavior<br \/>\n6. Consulting and supporting Departments and Board of Directors:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Provide advice to Departments and Management on communicating important messages from Departments and how to convey messages to employees.<br \/>\n<u><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\n1. Education level<br \/>\n   \u2013 University graduate: Major in communications, marketing, journalism, human resources management or related fields.<br \/>\n2. Experience<br \/>\n   \u2013 Work experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in communications, internal communications or public relations.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Event organization experience: Experience in planning and organizing internal events.<br \/>\n3. Skills<br \/>\n   \u2013 Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to persuade and convey information effectively, interact with Departments and Management Board to build satellites to collect information and data.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Writing skills: Good writing skills, ability to edit and create attractive content.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Technology skills: Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).<br \/>\n   \u2013 Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities.<br \/>\n4. Personality<br \/>\n   \u2013 Creativity: Ability to come up with new and creative ideas in communication content.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Proactive: Have the spirit of independent work and be proactive in work.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Teamwork skills: Ability to coordinate well with different departments in the organization.<br \/>\n   - Dynamic, active, talkative<br \/>\n5.
