On August 11-13, 2023, Construction Corporation No. 1 - Joint Stock Company (CC1) successfully organized the Team Building program - "Strong foundation - Breakthrough future" at Radisson Blu Resort Cam Resort Ranh (Khanh Hoa), completing the mission of connecting and experiencing for nearly 300 employees nationwide.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Team Building program is one of the annual activities that brings together members of the CC1 family. This is also an opportunity for everyone to have time together, enjoy and share to understand each other better. The emotions, memories and laughter that remain in each participant is the greatest achievement for the program Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of the Team Building 2023 journey is probably the memorable moment caused by the warm and sincere sharing of Mr. Nguyen Van Huan - Chairman of the Board of Directors on the campfire night. The torch that burned brightly in the moment CC1 members held hands is the message that together we will write new pages of history, new and more glorious milestones in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the theme "Solid foundation - Breakthrough future", Team Building 2023 is divided into 8 teams. With enthusiasm, the teams in turn embarked on the journey to conquer 6 challenges with names corresponding to the 6 core values at CC1: Integrity, Discipline, Fast Movement, Efficiency, Community and Make differences. With all their intelligence, tenacity, perseverance, skillful skills and good coordination between all members, the teams successfully completed all tasks and brought back a glorious position for their team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing the Team Building 2023 journey is the emotional Gala Dinner program. Here, Mr. Le Bao Anh - General Director of CC1 sent his deep thanks to the participation of nearly 300 CC1 employees and their collective contributions and efforts, overcoming all market challenges to achieve many proud achievements in the first 6 months of 2023. The General Director emphasized: \u201cTeam Building is an opportunity to enhance mutual understanding and connection, not only between employees of one department but also the bond between all departments. The closer, more united and attached a team is, the stronger it will be. That is a solid foundation to accomplish all set goals.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be said that the CC1 Team Building 2023 program is not too long, nor too short. With a 3D2N schedule, the trip is suitable and complete in every emotional beat. This is probably an extremely memorable memory and CC1 members are fully energized to continue conquering future plans and goals.
