On March 20, 2025, at the auditorium on the 12th floor of Sailing Tower, Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1), in collaboration with Job Test Co., Ltd. (Job Test), organized the Professional Competency Framework Launch Program. This event not only marked the beginning of a scientific and effective human resource management system but also served as a significant milestone in the strategy for developing human resources in a professional, systematic, and modern direction.<\/p>\n

Overview of the Professional Competency Framework Launch Program<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n

The ceremony was attended by the leadership of both sides, including Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Bao Anh \u2013 General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran \u2013 Director of Human Resources Management, along with representatives from CC1 departments and Job Test representatives including Mr. Nguyen Cong Thuy \u2013 Project Manager, Mr. Colln Blackwell \u2013 Senior Advisor, Mr. Kevin Lee \u2013 Senior Advisor, and project members.<\/p>\n

In his opening remarks, Mr. Le Bao Anh emphasized the importance of the Professional Competency Framework in building a high-quality workforce, ensuring the sustainable development of the enterprise, and expressed his hope that this system would help CC1 create a fair, objective, and effective evaluation process.<\/p>\n
