On April 26, 2025, at the Youth Cultural Center, a ceremony was held to announce, honor, and celebrate 50 outstanding construction projects and clusters of projects in Ho Chi Minh City, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country. Many projects in which CC1 participated were honored among the city's 50 outstanding construction projects, such as Tan Son Nhat Terminal 3, Thu Thiem Bridge, and Ho Chi Minh City's urban railway line 1 (UMRT1, Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien line),\u2026<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attending the event were Ms. Nguyen Thi Le \u2013 Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City; Ms. Huynh Le Nhu Trang, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Huynh Minh Hung \u2013 Deputy Director of the Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Works; Ms. Vu Minh Huyen \u2013 Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Management Board; and Ms. Trinh Thi Hien Tran \u2013 Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union. Representing CC1 were Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc \u2013 Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoi \u2013 Director of the Technical Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly, the 50 projects selected this time clearly demonstrate the remarkable development and significant contributions of the construction industry to the national reform and integration process. The outstanding projects span five main categories, including: 8 healthcare projects, 5 civil-industrial projects, 17 cultural-educational projects, 15 transportation infrastructure projects, and 5 urban-housing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, CC1 directly undertook the construction of part or all of the six outstanding projects honored at this event. In the civil and industrial construction group, the T3 Terminal at Tan Son Nhat International Airport stands out. In the healthcare sector, CC1 made its mark with the City Children's Hospital. In the cultural and educational construction group, the Phu Tho Circus and Multi-Purpose Performance Hall project is one of the exemplary projects. Regarding transportation infrastructure, CC1 participated in the construction of the Thu Thiem Bridge and the Ho Chi Minh City urban railway line No. 1 (UMRT1, Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien line). Furthermore, in the housing development sector, CC1 also contributed to the creation of the Vinhomes Central Park urban area along the Saigon River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CC1's consistent presence across numerous key sectors has affirmed its outstanding role and construction capabilities, further solidifying its position as one of the leading contractors in Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through its exemplary projects, CC1 has contributed to creating a new face for Ho Chi Minh City's infrastructure and urban areas, as well as spreading the architectural, engineering, and dedication values of the city's construction team. These are also proud milestones, contributing to inspiring confidence in Ho Chi Minh City's strong development journey over the past 50 years since the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 \u2013 April 30, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2005, CC1 has pioneered the transportation and infrastructure sector with its first project: the Thu Thiem Bridge, the first bridge across the Saigon River since the country's reunification. As the main contractor, CC1 not only ensured construction progress and technical and aesthetic quality, but also set high standards for safety and environmental hygiene. The success of the project, inaugurated in 2009, marked a significant step forward for CC1 in constructing large-scale infrastructure projects, especially bridges connecting the two banks of the river.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valuable experience from iconic projects has provided a solid foundation for CC1 to confidently and steadily undertake new projects. At the end of April, the first pile drilling for the pedestrian bridge across the Saigon River will officially begin at the riverbank of the Thu Thiem New Urban Area. This project not only connects modern urban spaces but also opens up opportunities to boost tourism and commerce, contributing to the creation of a sustainable and civilized urban landscape for Ho Chi Minh City in its future development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pedestrian bridge is expected to be completed and officially opened on April 30, 2026, promising to become a new iconic landmark of Ho Chi Minh City.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In the pedestrian bridge project across the Saigon River, CC1 will be responsible for the construction of the bridge approaches and approach roads on both banks of the Saigon River, as well as the foundation using bored piles and cement-soil piles.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Not only is CC1 a "partner" in the development of Ho Chi Minh City, it is currently continuing that spirit by participating in the construction of a series of key national infrastructure projects: Long Thanh International Airport, the North-South expressways, Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant, Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant, Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital, Long Son Petrochemical Refinery, package 4 - National Highway 5 upgrade project in Cambodia, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For nearly half a century, CC1 has not only built structures but also built trust, becoming a brand synonymous with the development of modern cities and the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
