Numerous professional activities to understand and share relevant technologies have been implemented, alongside the establishment of a strategic team to prepare for these projects.

In particular, CC1 proactively approached the nuclear power sector early on, building a solid professional foundation despite it being a new industry in Vietnam. With experience in constructing many large thermal power plants nationwide such as Phu My, Mong Duong 2, Nghi Son 1 and 2, Vinh Tan 4, BOT Van Phong 1, Na Duong II, etc., CC1 has a clear advantage when transitioning to the nuclear power sector, which requires complex technical, safety, and management expertise. However, CC1 continues to send key personnel to learn about nuclear power plant construction from Russia and Japan, understanding the specific technical requirements of nuclear thermal power plants to guide training.

For complex mega-projects, CC1 prioritizes joint ventures and partnerships with leading global contractors from Japan, South Korea, China, and Europe when necessary. This allows for collaborative support and learning from international partners, increasing the chances of winning bids on technically challenging and large-scale projects. Additionally, the company sends its engineers to attend training courses on EPC project management and the operation of modern construction machinery both domestically and internationally.

It is clear that CC1 has proactively "prepared one step ahead" in many aspects, from technology and human resources to partnerships. All of this is seen as a solid foundation so that when large-scale national projects are implemented, CC1 can confidently participate in the construction of iconic national projects, as a leading contractor in Vietnam.

Here are some more photos from the event:

On the afternoon of May 11, 2025, representatives of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) met and worked with China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC).
