On the morning of July 9, 2025, at the headquarters of Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1), the joint venture of Dai Dung Group, CC1, and Hoa Phat Group (referred to as the DCH Joint Venture) held a working meeting with its partner Siemens Vietnam. The event took place in an open and professional atmosphere, laying the foundation for deeper connections and cooperation between the businesses in the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of the program, CC1 was represented by Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dinh Van Hung \u2013 Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khoi \u2013 Director of the Construction Economics Division, and other senior leaders from various departments. Dai Dung Group was represented by Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh \u2013 Project Manager. Representatives from Hoa Phat Group participated online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing Siemens were Mr. Pham Thai Lai \u2013 President and CEO of Siemens ASEAN and Siemens Vietnam; Ms. Hoang Thi Hai \u2013 Director of Siemens Vietnam's Railway Solutions Division; and Mr. Than Tan Tai \u2013 Director of Siemens Vietnam's Low Voltage Equipment Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting took place in an open and professional atmosphere, with in-depth discussions on railway infrastructure, particularly on signaling and communication systems. This was also an opportunity for the DCH consortium to learn practical experience from Siemens in the implementation and management of railway projects worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Vietnam, the DCH consortium comprises businesses with a solid foundation in materials, steel structures, engineering solutions, and construction, particularly in underground projects and EPC general contracting. Among them, CC1, with nearly half a century of development, has established itself as a leading construction contractor with three strategic pillars: construction, investment, and manufacturing and trading of construction materials. Leveraging its modern technology, superior construction capabilities, and stable financial resources, CC1 has consistently made its mark on key projects such as Long Thanh International Airport, the North-South expressways, Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien), Na Duong 2 and Quang Trach 1 thermal power plants, Long Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant, Thu Thiem Bridge, and Package 4 of the National Highway 5 upgrade project in Cambodia\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Siemens is a global technology corporation, a leader in the industrial, infrastructure, transportation, and healthcare sectors. Currently, Siemens is focusing on pioneering industrial AI, with projected revenue of \u20ac75.9 billion in 2024 and approximately 312,000 employees worldwide. Siemens officially established its presence in Vietnam in 1993, currently operating three offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, and a manufacturing plant in the former Binh Duong province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the meeting, representatives from all sides expressed their hope to continue maintaining regular connections and exchanges, aiming to build a foundation for cooperation based on trust, consensus, and maximizing each side's strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, the DCH consortium also held a meeting with Alstom \u2013 one of the world's leading corporations in the field of providing transportation solutions. Alstom has been present in Vietnam for over 30 years and has actively participated in infrastructure development projects such as modernizing the railway signaling and telecommunications system, and supplying the core electrical and mechanical equipment (E&M) system for Hanoi Metro Line 3 (Nhon \u2013 Hanoi Station), which commenced commercial operation in August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of Vietnam's accelerated development of a modern urban transportation system, strategic cooperation between domestic and foreign businesses not only helps improve implementation capacity but also facilitates technology transfer, from learning to mastering core technologies, creating a strong transformation for the railway industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout its development journey, CC1 has consistently pursued a policy of expanding dialogue and establishing partnerships through meetings with leading global businesses from Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, France, Germany, Belgium, and other countries. This clearly demonstrates CC1's strong spirit of innovation and international integration, in the process of realizing its vision of becoming a leading investment and construction group in Vietnam and a professional international contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
