On July 17th, at the headquarters of Dabaco Vietnam Group, a signing ceremony for a Strategic Cooperation Agreement took place between Dabaco Vietnam Group (DBC) and Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1).

This event marks a significant expansion of cooperation between two leading companies with distinctly complementary strengths: CC1, with its proven capabilities in general construction contracting, investment, and manufacturing & trading of construction materials through numerous key national projects over the past half-century; and Dabaco, with its ecosystem encompassing agriculture, food, real estate, and industrial park infrastructure, and its position as one of Vietnam's leading livestock companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement is expected to act as a catalyst to boost a series of real estate, industrial park, commercial, service, and logistics projects in Bac Ninh \u2013 a locality undergoing rapid transformation in its industrialization and urbanization process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combining Dabaco's land development and production-consumption chain capabilities with CC1's experience in large-scale infrastructure implementation is considered a strategic move, helping to shorten project preparation time, optimize investment costs, and raise construction technical standards towards sustainability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 46 years of formation and development, CC1 has gradually affirmed its pioneering position in the Vietnamese construction industry, especially in projects requiring high technical standards, strict timelines, and international standards in safety management. The company has participated in or played a leading role in many key infrastructure projects such as Tan Son Nhat Terminal 3, Long Thanh International Airport, Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien), the North-South Expressway projects, Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant, Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant, Thu Thiem Bridge, Tien Giang General Hospital, Long Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant, and the upgrade project of National Highway 5 in Cambodia, etc.

At its 2025 Annual General Meeting, CC1 set a target of consolidated net revenue of VND 12,889 billion, an increase of 271% compared to 2024, reflecting its determination to expand its scale and optimize the Construction \u2013 Investment \u2013 Manufacturing & Trading of building materials value chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The synergy between Dabaco's land resources, project development capabilities, and multi-sector ecosystem, combined with CC1's general contractor experience, investment capacity, and comprehensive construction organization, creates a solid foundation for the deployment of large-scale integrated projects: industrial parks with logistics services, urban-commercial areas combined with distribution centers, infrastructure supporting the 3F+ (Feed \u2013 Farm \u2013 Food \u2013 Future) chain, and clean production models that meet sustainable development requirements and stringent environmental standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Against the backdrop of increasing demand for modern industrial parks, logistics systems, and urban areas to serve professionals, the strategic cooperation agreement between CC1 and Dabaco is expected to establish a comprehensive linkage model from resources and construction to operation, thereby creating new impetus for development in Bac Ninh as well as other localities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond leveraging and optimizing each party's land resources and project implementation capabilities, the agreement also reflects a strategic consensus on the goal of creating long-term value, sustainable development, and making a substantial contribution to local economic growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Leverage the wave of public investment and PPP projects in the transportation and energy sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Promote digital transformation and enhance financial management capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In just the first six months of 2025, CC1 was consistently recognized in numerous prestigious rankings in the construction and real estate industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, at the end of June, CC1 was named in the Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam 2025 \u2013 Construction industry (ESG10) and Top 10 Innovative & Efficient Business Enterprises 2025 \u2013 Real Estate & Construction industry (VIE10) organized by the Finance & Investment Newspaper in collaboration with Viet Research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, at the end of March, Vietnam Report announced the ranking of "Top 10 reputable infrastructure and industrial construction contractors in 2025," in which CC1 excellently held the leading position in the entire industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
