On the morning of October 28, 2025, the Sailing Tower Management Board (BQLTN), under the No. 1 Construction Corporation (CC1), collaborated with the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police force to organize the "Regular Fire Prevention and Fighting (PCCC) and Rescue (CNCH) Training and Awareness Program for 2025" for all customers and employees working in the building.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is held annually to raise awareness, improve skills, and foster a proactive approach to fire prevention and response among all tenants in the building. This morning's event was attended by all office tenants and the Sailing Tower Management Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the training session, professional staff from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Zone 1, Ho Chi Minh City, provided detailed instructions on handling fire and explosion situations, escape skills, first aid for victims, and practical training in using basic firefighting equipment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, the on-site simulated scenario drills help officers, employees, and customers directly practice their real-life response skills, ensuring that everyone understands the safety procedures in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A representative from the Sailing Tower Management Board shared: \u201cSafety is always the top priority in building operation and management. Through this regular training program, we aim not only to equip individuals with skills but also to build a proactive and responsible attitude in preventing and handling fire safety incidents, contributing to ensuring a safe, professional, and efficient working environment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 30th, the building will coordinate with the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07) to organize a fire fighting and rescue drill, contributing to the training of incident response skills and checking the readiness of the building's safety systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
