{"id":19546,"date":"2025-12-03T19:14:48","date_gmt":"2025-12-03T12:14:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/?p=19546"},"modified":"2025-12-03T19:18:56","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T12:18:56","slug":"cc1-nam-trong-lien-danh-3-thanh-vien-trung-goi-thau-1-979-ty-dong-xay-nha-van-hoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/en\/2025\/12\/03\/cc1-nam-trong-lien-danh-3-thanh-vien-trung-goi-thau-1-979-ty-dong-xay-nha-van-hoa.html","title":{"rendered":"CC1 is part of a three-member consortium that won the 1.979 billion VND bid to build a Youth Cultural Center in Ho Chi Minh City."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Ho Chi Minh City Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Projects has just announced the results of the contractor selection for the Construction and Supply, Installation of Equipment; and Demolition of Existing Structures package under the Youth Cultural Center Construction Project (total investment of VND 2,240.393 billion).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium of Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1) \u2013 Construction Company No. 5 \u2013 Group 202 Joint Stock Company won the bid with a price of VND 1,979.884 billion (estimated price VND 2,041.024 billion), a price reduction of 3%; the implementation period is 1,000 days, and the contract is based on fixed unit prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Layer-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19547\"\/><figcaption><strong><em>CC1 is the contractor involved in the construction of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural Center. <\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to CC1&#039;s bidding officer, the investor and the consortium of contractors are currently negotiating the contract. The new building will be constructed within the existing grounds of the Youth Cultural Center. The contractor will demolish the old building to clear the site for the construction of the new structure, with construction expected to begin in December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Youth Cultural Center is a large-scale cultural project with a total investment of over 2,240 billion VND, built right on the grounds of the existing cultural center at 4 Pham Ngoc Thach Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project occupies a land area of over 14,344 m\u00b2, comprising 25 floors (4 basement floors and 21 above-ground floors), with a height to the roof peak of 84.15 m. The total investment comes from the Ho Chi Minh City budget, and the construction period extends until the end of 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Youth Cultural Center is expected to become a modern cultural, educational, and creative hub, contributing to promoting the role of youth in building and developing Vietnamese culture in the new era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CC1 is not only a partner in Ho Chi Minh City&#039;s development, but has also silently contributed to transforming the city for nearly half a century. CC1&#039;s participation in the construction of the Youth Cultural Center, as part of a three-member consortium that won the 1.979 billion VND contract, further affirms its superior construction capabilities and leading reputation in the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through numerous key projects, CC1 has left a strong mark, contributing to the creation of a modern and dynamic image for Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the civil and industrial construction group, the Tan Son Nhat International Airport Terminal T3 stands out. In the cultural and educational construction group, the Phu Tho Circus and Multipurpose Performance Hall project is one of the exemplary works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of transportation infrastructure, CC1 participated in the construction of the Thu Thiem Bridge and the Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 1 (UMRT1, Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien route). Additionally, in the housing development sector, CC1 contributed to the creation of the Vinhomes Central Park urban area along the Saigon River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through its exemplary projects, CC1 not only contributes to creating a new look for Ho Chi Minh City&#039;s infrastructure and urban areas, but also spreads the architectural and engineering values and dedication of the city&#039;s construction team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are also proud milestones, contributing to fostering confidence in Ho Chi Minh City&#039;s strong development journey over the past 50 years since the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 \u2013 April 30, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2005, CC1 has pioneered the transportation and infrastructure sector with its first project: the Thu Thiem Bridge, the first bridge spanning the Saigon River since the country&#039;s reunification.
