On December 19th, in Ea Knu\u1ebfc commune, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province held a ceremony to inaugurate the technical phase 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot expressway project (phase 1).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Truong Cong Thai, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, said that this is one of the key projects to practically celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party in Dak Lak province. The technical opening of Component Project 3 (part of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1) is of paramount importance in completing the transportation network connection, contributing to promoting economic, social, and people-centered development, and strengthening national defense and security in Dak Lak province and the Central Highlands region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the leaders of Dak Lak province, the first phase of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot expressway project, upon completion, will help form a horizontal axis connecting the Central Highlands with the South Central coastal region, connecting with vertical axes, enhancing the effectiveness of projects already invested in and under investment, connecting economic centers and seaports, meeting transportation needs, creating opportunities, impetus, and space for the development of the Central Highlands and the South Central coastal region with a synchronous and modern technical and social infrastructure system; contributing to ensuring national defense and security, poverty reduction; improving the competitiveness of the economy, and gradually achieving the goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project, Phase 1, is a key national transportation project, spanning 48km with a total investment of over 6,000 billion VND, starting in Ea Kar commune and ending in Ea Knuec commune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project passes through the territory of 7 communes in Dak Lak province, with a completed investment scale of 4 lanes and a design speed of 100 km\/hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within that overall picture, Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1) continues to make its mark as one of the contractors participating in Component Project 3. Since joining the project, CC1 has faced numerous challenges during construction, especially difficulties related to the supply of construction materials such as fill soil and crushed stone, along with the typical rainy weather conditions of the Central Highlands region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Loi, the project commander, CC1 proactively deployed multiple construction teams simultaneously, expanding the scope and increasing production to catch up on the schedule. "As soon as weather conditions were favorable, the unit mobilized maximum manpower and equipment, taking advantage of every available moment to accelerate progress and strive to complete the project as soon as possible," Mr. Loi stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In practice, with experience in constructing large-scale transportation infrastructure projects nationwide, and proven management and construction organization capabilities, CC1 has made a significant contribution to the basic completion of Component 3 of the project, meeting the requirements for technical traffic opening as planned. Not only ensuring progress and quality, the contractor also focused on labor safety, environmental protection, and close coordination with local authorities during construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technical opening ceremony of component project 3 (part of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project, Phase 1) not only marks an important step forward for the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, Phase 1, but also acknowledges the persistent efforts of the project's participating units, including CC1. On the strategic connecting axis between the Central Highlands and the coastal region, the projects completed today are gradually realizing the aspiration for the development of a synchronous and modern infrastructure, opening up new growth opportunities for the entire region in the coming years.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
