Recently, Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1) organized a field trip following the theoretical classes of the intensive training program "High-Speed Railway \u2013 Urban Railway". This trip allowed the delegation to clearly see the infrastructure and structure of the electric railway tracks, as well as visit the "headquarters" of operation, where the trains are monitored day and night.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CC1 engineering team personally traveled to the Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien Metro line and visited the system's operating office.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Reportedly, the training program lasts approximately 3 months and costs around 1 billion VND, as part of a comprehensive cooperation agreement between CC1 and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology worth 1 million USD over 5 years focusing on human resource training, scientific research, and technology transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course features lectures and mentorship from reputable domestic and international experts who have directly participated in the implementation of numerous large-scale infrastructure and railway projects, helping CC1 engineers gradually access and master modern construction technologies in the railway sector. Prior to this, the opening ceremony of the program was held on August 29, 2025, with the participation of the CC1 leadership and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the context of many domestic businesses stepping up training and recruitment of personnel for the high-speed rail and urban rail sectors, proactively implementing specialized training programs further demonstrates CC1's vision in preparing human resources for the new infrastructure development phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1, who closely participated in the training course from the beginning, assessed the field trip as an opportunity for CC1's professional team to directly access, observe, and better understand the management system, thereby connecting professional knowledge with construction and operation practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination of academic training and practical experience is expected to help CC1's team of engineers and technical staff enhance their professional capabilities and gradually master new technologies in the field of modern railways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour group traveled from the City Theatre station to the final station, Suoi Tien station, and then continued to the train operation and maintenance center.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The training course is designed to last approximately 3 months with a total duration of about 500 hours, comprising two main components: theoretical training and field trips\/practical training. The program content focuses on key technologies and technical solutions in the field of urban rail and high-speed rail, such as diaphragm wall construction technology for metro projects, elevated station and viaduct construction, TBM shield tunneling technology for underground tunnels, mass concrete and precast components technology for railway projects, and solutions for soil treatment and improvement for railway infrastructure construction\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, trainees will also be updated with knowledge related to construction organization, project management, and risk control for large-scale transportation projects with complex technical requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CC1 engineers learned about urban rail system management and had their questions answered by the team from the Metro Operations Center.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In the Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 1 project, CC1 undertook the construction of the two most important underground stations: City Theatre and Ba Son. These are not only key infrastructure projects for connectivity but also a testament to CC1's capabilities and commitment to creating sustainable urban values. Located right in the city center, the City Theatre station is designed in a modern style, measuring 190m in length, 26m in width, and approximately 33m in depth, comprising four levels and five entrances and exits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing the journey, Ba Son station, with a length of 240m, a width of more than 34m and a depth of 20m, plays a strategic role in connecting the center of Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Thiem New Urban Area and the High-Tech Park. The station is designed with two modern floors, is user-friendly and integrates advanced construction technologies to optimize the efficiency of space use. In particular, the completion of Ba Son station two months ahead of schedule has affirmed CC1's project management capacity and sense of responsibility. This project is a clear demonstration of the company's ability to meet the most stringent technical, safety and environmental requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 46 years of experience in construction and infrastructure investment, CC1 is gradually strengthening its internal capabilities, aiming to conquer large-scale projects and contribute to the infrastructure and urban development of Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
