In the context of the construction and infrastructure industry entering a development phase with increasingly high demands for technology and implementation capabilities, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) is gradually promoting its strategy of developing high-quality human resources through strengthening internal training, expanding cooperation with universities, and proactively connecting with young talent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These activities have been implemented simultaneously in recent times, demonstrating the company's systematic approach to preparing resources for key projects as well as large-scale infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, the company organized a field trip to the Ben Thanh \u2013 Suoi Tien Metro line as part of the "High-Speed Railway \u2013 Urban Railway" training program. This was a practical phase following the theoretical content, allowing trainees to directly observe the infrastructure, track structure, and the operation center, which coordinates all metro line operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event attracted over 1,000 lecturers and students from 27 educational institutions nationwide, focusing on trends such as artificial intelligence (AI), BIM, virtual reality\/arrival (VR\/AR), and smart materials in architecture and construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
