This is not just a milestone in progress; it also marks the moment when expectations are transformed into action, from determination on paper to reality on the ground. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1424\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20655\"\/><figcaption><strong><em>After persistent efforts to overcome difficulties, complete procedures, and prepare the necessary conditions, the units have deployed 14 construction teams along the entire Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressways.<\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14 construction teams simultaneously launched their operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bao Loc \u2013 Lien Khuong expressway project is approximately 73 km long with a total investment of about 18,000 billion VND; meanwhile, the Tan Phu \u2013 Bao Loc route is nearly 65.9 km long with a total investment of over 18,002 billion VND. Both projects have completed important foundational steps such as investment policy approval, investor selection, and master plan development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In late April, the atmosphere along the two highways had changed noticeably. Areas once covered with coffee plants and crops were being cleared. The land was initially leveled, creating large open spaces. On this ground, centerline markers were planted in straight lines, extending along each section, serving as concrete indicators of a modern transportation route gradually taking shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1982\" height=\"1321\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20656\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>The delegation, led by Mr. Ho Van Muoi, Chairman of the Provincial People&#039;s Committee, visited and encouraged families whose land is subject to expropriation for the construction of expressway projects.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While previously the entire project was primarily represented through technical drawings, meetings, plans, and documents, now the construction site has truly &quot;awakened.&quot; This movement is not only evident in the machinery and manpower, but also in the fast-paced, urgent rhythm of the entire operating system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comrade Nguyen Hong Hai, Member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People&#039;s Committee, stated that the simultaneous deployment of 14 construction teams on both projects by the end of April 2026 is the result of meticulous preparation, balancing practical conditions with progress requirements. Organizing multiple parallel construction teams aims to maximize time, provide flexibility according to the handover schedule, and minimize delays between stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1889\" height=\"1880\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20657\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Land preparation for the Tan Phu \u2013 Bao Loc and Bao Loc \u2013 Lien Khuong expressway projects is in the final stages to facilitate construction.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People&#039;s Committee Nguyen Hong Hai, given that the land is being handed over in sections, waiting for the entire route to be completed before implementation would significantly delay the progress. Therefore, the chosen approach of &quot;construction wherever land is available&quot; is not only a temporary solution but also a proactive approach, creating continuous progress for the entire project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20658\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>The contractors working on the Bao Loc \u2013 Lien Khuong expressway are deploying multiple construction teams.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>According to our reporters, a productive atmosphere had been established at each construction site since very early on. Machinery was assembled, personnel were deployed, and basic technical conditions were prepared. Undergrowth has been cleared, and initial earth and rocks have been leveled, creating conditions for heavy machinery to access the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1236\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20660\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Mr. Nguyen Quy Hoang, Project Manager of Phuong Thanh Company, shared:<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond simply preparing the surface, in areas with complex terrain, the construction unit proactively opened access roads, creating pathways for machinery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sections such as Km 166+400 to Km 167+700 or Km 162+000 to Km 162+500 require addressing numerous technical factors, from steep terrain to soil conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Nguyen Quy Hoang added: &quot;In areas where conditions permit, we will accelerate to make up for the previous delays. The goal is to complete the project on schedule.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20661\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Between Km 162+000 and Km 162+500 in Bao Thuan and Gia Hiep communes, the construction unit is currently building a service road to provide access for construction vehicles.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, at other key locations such as the Phu Hoi intersection area (Km 186+819) and sections in Bao Lam 2 commune, CC1 Company has completed the equipment mobilization. From excavators and bulldozers to material transport vehicles, everything is ready for operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20662\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>The construction unit proactively opened service roads, creating access for machinery working on the Bao Loc \u2013 Lien Khuong expressway.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, in package XL03 \u2013 which includes two large bridges on the main route \u2013 the workload is enormous, especially in sections with high volumes of excavation and embankment coordination. This requires not only construction capacity but also thorough preparation of organizational plans, particularly the arrangement of waste disposal sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/PHONG-VAN-ANH-TUAN-BLLK.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20674\" width=\"640\" height=\"386\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Commander of CC1 Company, shared:<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The units proactively developed plans early on to ensure that when construction began, there would be no organizational &quot;bottlenecks,&quot; which is one of the common causes of delays in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Tan Phu \u2013 Bao Loc expressway, Son Hai Group is also accelerating preparations. At locations such as Km 74+300, temporary shelters, mixing plants, and material crushing areas are being constructed urgently. At the Ly Thai To intersection, a large-scale temporary shelter area has been established, serving 150-200 staff and workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20664\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>At the Km 114 \u2013 Ly Thai To intersection, Son Hai Group is also gathering equipment, machinery, and personnel to begin construction at the end of April 2026.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultaneously, the locations for the operational offices, material quarries, waste disposal sites, and precast component yards were surveyed and arranged appropriately. The on-site operational office is located in Da Huoai commune, enabling close monitoring of the situation and shortening the time required to handle unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20665\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>At kilometer 114 \u2013 the Ly Thai To intersection \u2013 a temporary camp belonging to Son Hai Group is being constructed. This will serve as accommodation and living quarters for 150-200 staff and workers involved in the construction of the bridge and related auxiliary projects.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the plan, three key construction areas will be implemented: the section from Km 73 to Km 76, the section from Km 108+800 to Km 114+300, and the Ly Thai To intersection area. All are in the highest state of readiness, prepared to enter the actual construction phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1365\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20666\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the People&#039;s Committee of Lam Dong province, conducted a field inspection of locations along the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressways.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As the project gradually takes shape, confidence grows even stronger.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity at the construction site is not only reflected in the machinery or the progress, but also clearly in the mindset of the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Tran Thi Thu, from Phu Hiep village, Gia Hiep commune, shared: \u201cMy family owns land that is subject to expropriation, and we were worried at first. When we saw the project actually being implemented, we were very happy. We only hope that the units will work quickly and well so that we can have a new road soon.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These simple expressions reflect a significant shift: from a mindset of waiting and uncertainty to a concrete belief now that the project is visible before our eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his on-site inspections of the land clearance work for the Tan Phu \u2013 Bao Loc and Bao Loc \u2013 Lien Khuong expressway projects, Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People&#039;s Committee, emphasized that the expressway projects are now completely &quot;smooth sailing,&quot; with fewer difficulties than in the initial stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1398\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20667\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>Residents of Gia Hiep commune expressed their joy as the units began construction of the expressway project.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The current priority is to ensure that land clearance is carried out according to the planned schedule and timeline. Therefore, localities need to demonstrate the highest level of determination in this work and translate that determination into concrete results.
