During implementation, the project encountered numerous difficulties such as changing seasons, the risk of minor floods, the large construction area, the need to mobilize large specialized equipment, and the simultaneous organization of many complex technical aspects.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cc1.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/me_so_10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20806\"\/><figcaption><em><strong>To ensure progress, the investor and contractors proactively developed flexible construction plans, increased manpower and equipment, and expanded construction fronts from the beginning of the year.
