On the morning of July 4, 2026, Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1) collaborated with Saigon \u2013 Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the SHB Office Building Project at 41\u201343\u201345 Pasteur Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of CC1 were Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Pham Le Hao \u2013 Deputy General Director. On behalf of SHB were Mr. Le Dong Tuan \u2013 Director of SHB Ho Chi Minh City Branch, Mr. Nguyen Chien Cong \u2013 Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch in charge of Individual Customers, along with representatives from the leadership of branches, transaction offices and partner units. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SHB Office Building project has a total construction floor area of 6,936 m\u00b2, comprising 13 above-ground floors, 3 basement floors, and 1 penthouse floor. As the construction contractor, CC1 will collaborate with SHB to implement the project. The investor expects to complete the construction in the fourth quarter of next year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SHB Office Building project is SHB's first project to achieve LOTUS Platinum certification \u2013 the highest certification level in the green building criteria system developed by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC). LOTUS is the first green building criteria system specifically developed for the Vietnamese market, is voluntary, and was developed by VGBC to promote energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located on Pasteur Street in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the SHB Office Building project is adjacent to the Commercial and Service Office Building of the Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC), a project also under construction. Upon completion, the two buildings, with similar scale and height, will create a prominent architectural landmark along this street.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
