On September 9, 2026, Construction Corporation No. 1 \u2013 JSC (CC1) held a kick-off event for its Professional Training Center and inaugurated the K01 Professional Training Course, marking a systematic step in CC1's development of high-quality professional human resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new generation of engineers is ready to "go to war".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the operation of a construction business, in addition to investing in technology, processes, and management systems, investing in the engineering team \u2013 especially their professional competence \u2013 is an investment in the foundation for the sustainable development of the business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of the Vocational Training Center and the organization of the K01 Vocational Training Course is therefore not simply the beginning of a training program, but also aims to standardize and enhance knowledge, connect experiences, and develop professional capabilities for young engineers and trainee engineers at CC1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was attended by the CC1 leadership team: Dr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Bao Anh \u2013 General Director, and other members of the Corporation's leadership team, representatives from the Human Resources and Support Management Division, representatives from specialized departments, experts, lecturers participating in the training program, and all trainees of the K01 Professional Training Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nearly 50 students from the K01 course will lay the foundation for CC1's next generation of engineers," Mr. Le Bao Anh emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the spirit of "lifelong learning" needs to be maintained throughout the working process, not limited to young engineers but gradually expanded to other professional levels. The center also needs to diversify its programs, combine internal and external expert resources, and strengthen monitoring, guidance, and support so that workers can develop their capabilities comprehensively, aiming for independence in various tasks and meeting the new stringent requirements according to international standards in the construction industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Cao Xuan Tuan \u2013 representing the internal teaching staff of the Center \u2013 emphasized that the training course does not aim to turn trainees into experts immediately, but focuses on building a foundation of accurate thinking and practical skills, creating momentum for the young generation of engineers to break through and contribute to the sustainable development of CC1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed as a 12-month program, the CC1 Trainee Engineer Training Program builds a comprehensive development journey from foundational knowledge to specialized expertise and project practice. In the first six months, trainees are equipped with knowledge of corporate culture, HSE, soft skills, construction law, quality management, business thinking, and CC1's technology and digital transformation platforms; while also specializing in two areas: QA\/QC and QS. Trainees will have the opportunity to directly intern at construction sites or in specialized departments, putting their knowledge into practical work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the final six months, the program focuses on assessing capabilities, conducting interviews, and assigning personnel to positions that match their skills, personal aspirations, and the practical needs of the projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A good QA\/QC engineer must identify risks before they become errors that affect the quality of the project. On the other hand, a good QS engineer must control quantities and costs, ensuring the company's interests are protected for each work item. Those in these positions must develop a "do it right" mindset from the start, manage rigorously using data, and take full responsibility for the results produced for the projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core objective of this training strategy is to help CC1 master a high-quality workforce of QA\/QC and QS engineers, ready to promptly supply them to key projects nationwide. Focusing on nurturing a new generation of young engineers not only strengthens superior execution capabilities at construction sites but is also a strategic step towards affirming the Corporation's sustainable position in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trainees in this program include many recent graduates from major universities in the South such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As one of the students in the K01 cohort, Bui Thi Hong Phuoc, majoring in Construction Economics at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, said that CC1 is not her first workplace, but it is a large construction company with a well-structured work process, so she really wants to stay there. Here, Phuoc has the opportunity to learn and hone practical skills that will benefit her future career path, while also enjoying the same benefits as a full-time employee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI plan to become a skilled QA\/QC or QS engineer because this field has been experiencing a shortage of talent for many years. Nguyen Hoang Thai Duy \u2013 also a promising young engineer from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology \u2013 cherishes the opportunity to participate in the first trainee engineer training course. Thai Duy stated that with the in-depth knowledge gained from the courses taught by the internal instructors, he aspires to become a professional QA\/QC engineer, working on large projects at various construction sites nationwide for CC1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
