No. 15 (EPC-QT1) Design, supply of goods and construction (EPC) of Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant project.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the time of bid closing, 2 bidders submitted their bids. The MC - HDEC - CC1 consortium won the bid for VND 30,236.41 billion (decreased by VND 4.1 billion compared to the package price). The Daewoo E&amp;C \u2013 LILAMA consortium was eliminated in the evaluation of technical proposals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant Project is invested by EVN. This is a project with a capacity of 1,200 MW, located in the Quang Trach Power Center (2,400 MW) in Vinh Son village, Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province.
