On 16th June 2022 afternoon, Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) was honored to welcome the Executive Board of VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Development Co., Ltd. (VSIP\u2013Sembcorp Gateway) to visit the office at Sailing Tower.

Accordingly, CC1 received the Board of Directors of VSIP - Sembcorp Gateway with the participation of Dr. Hong De Cheng - General Director, Mr. Vu Quang Vinh - Deputy General Director, Mr. Foo Chew Sam - Deputy General Director along with some other members in a hospitable, formal but cordial atmosphere. The visit was built on the spirit of exchange, strengthening the relationship between the two parties while expanding business opportunities and strategic cooperation in the near future.

VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Development Company Ltd. is the cooperation of three units including VSIP, Sembcorp Properties Group (under Sembcorp Industries, Singapore) and MC Development Asia (under Mitsubishi Group, Japan). They are the investors of The Habitat Binh Duong project. This is the project that was awarded \u201cBest Condo Landscape Architectural Design\u201d and \u201cBest Residential Green Development\u201d in Vietnam Property Awards 2020. The project is equipped with a sensor system to save energy from using natural energy sources, keeping pace with the sustainable real estate development trend in Vietnam and worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
