In the morning of 13\/7\/2022, Construction Corporation No.1 - JSC (CC1) held the groundbreaking ceremony of The Habitat Binh Duong Apartment Project - Phase 3 in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony, on the side of CC1 were Mr. Le Huu Viet Duc - General Director, Mr. Vu Gia Binh - Deputy General Director and managers of relevant departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our investors VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway Development Co., Ltd. has the participation of Dr. Hong De Cheng - General Director, Mr. Vu Quang Vinh - Deputy General Director, Mr. Foo Chew Sam - Deputy General Director and managers of concerned departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Habitat Binh Duong is developed by VSIP\u2013Sembcorp Gateway, the cooperation of three units including VSIP, Sembcorp Properties Group (under Sembcorp Industries, Singapore) and MC Development Asia (under Mitsubishi Group, Japan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the investor, up to now, The Habitat Binh Duong phase 2 and phase 3 are the only projects in Binh Duong that have achieved THE EDGE Certification issued by International Finance Corporation (IFC) - World Bank Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence, CC1 is proud to be the Contractor of The Habitat Binh Duong apartment complex - Phase 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past 43 years, CC1 has always been a reliable partner of many organizations in the Vietnamese construction market.
