On the morning of February 28th, the launch event for The Habitat Binh Duong – Phase 3 took place, marking a significant milestone as the project officially completed and entered the sales phase.

The Habitat Binh Duong is located on Huu Nghi Boulevard, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, spanning an area of 4 hectares with 11 towers. Phase 3 of the project includes 6 towers ranging from 16 to 18 stories high, developed to high-end standards and achieving EDGE certification thanks to its smart design, optimized energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
Despite the fluctuations in the real estate market, CC1, along with the investor and consulting units, has strived to complete the project on schedule, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable constructions that create real value for both the investor and customers.
