In the Corporation's development strategy, construction contracting is a traditional business and a strength of CC1. From a subcontractor participating in bidding for projects, over the past 47 years, CC1, with its strong internal capabilities, secure financial resources, and professional management system, has consistently been the number one choice for key national construction projects across all methods, from main contractor and EPC general contractor to BOT, BT, BOO, and PPP models. CC1 undertakes construction contracts for civil, industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects throughout the country.
At the same time, CC1 always values cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign partners to undertake construction and investment projects nationwide. Through this, the company's officers, engineers, and workers have the opportunity to learn from the experience, improve their management skills, and develop professional work ethics from foreign partners such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, China, etc.
ENERGY WORKS
In Southern Vietnam, CC1 has virtually captured the entire market share for government energy project construction through a series of completed projects since 1989. These projects have contributed approximately over 22 billion kWh of electricity to the national grid each year.
