FORMATION AND ACTIVITIES
With the aim of contributing to a more enhanced and the real value in life, CC1 integrates such criteria into its planning and design functions during the planning stages of its projects to ensure optimized solutions in areas of planning, architecture, design, structure, landscape, etc. Design & Consultancy field has obtained quick paces of development, achieved great success marking Vietnamese cultural identity and supported with all its best efforts for all works irrespective of its being come into existence late.
The Consulting and Design Department of Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC was established in 2006, with the initial purpose of carrying out technical design and construction for the Nhon Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant project. From industrial projects, the Consulting and Design Department has developed and expanded to provide consulting and design services for civil works.
To date, the department's area of activity is providing design consulting and supervision consulting services in the field of civil and industrial construction projects.

The Consulting and Design Department advocates for a team-based work environment, where each individual is a crucial link in the collective. It encourages department members to continuously improve and synthesize knowledge to support each other, aiming for the continuous development and refinement of job-related skills.
Consultancy – Design Department has 30 staff and part-time collaborator.
In each project, to achieve high working efficiency and facilitate the monitoring and supervision of the works, we divide our project staff into levels or respective teams. They are:
