Besides its traditional business line as a contractor of industrial, civil, building, infrastructure, transportation, energy and urban environment works nationwide, to date CC1 itself has been asserted to be the leading brand-named investor for several large projects of energy, transportation, civil and building sectors with the investment forms of BT, BOT, BOO, PPP such as:
- Sailing Tower
- Happy City Residential Complex
- Dark’Tih Hydropower Plant
- New Dong Nai Bridge and its two ends side
- Coastline Highway in Hai Phong City and 9km in Thai Binh Province
In company with investment and construction of the projects, CC1 still promotes to invest in the financial sector. With its transparent financial policy, CC1 has set up the good relations with local and international credit organizations in order to ensure the financial stability for the projects invested by CC1. Moreover, CC1 also decides to establish joint stock companies for each investment project so as to manage the capital resources to carry out the project in accordance with the time schedule as given.
