On March 19, 2025, at the auditorium on the 12th floor of Sailing Tower, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), in collaboration with XBoss, held the handover ceremony for the CC1-XBoss Human Resource Management Software System, marking a significant milestone in the company's digital transformation strategy. The event not only demonstrated a commitment to improving human resource management capabilities but also opened up opportunities to optimize resources and support CC1's sustainable development in the coming period.
The ceremony was honored with the presence of the leadership of both sides. Representing CC1 were Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran – Director of Human Resources Management, and representatives from various departments. Representing XBoss were Mr. Tran Van Giang – Executive Director and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong – Deputy Director, who have been directly involved in the system's development.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong emphasized that CC1-XBoss is not just a human resource management software but also a technology platform that helps improve operational efficiency, ensure security, and support CC1's long-term development strategy. He also affirmed that this collaboration will help CC1 modernize its human resource management, while opening up many opportunities for both parties to work together and develop in the future.
Before the implementation of CC1-XBoss, human resource management at CC1 faced numerous challenges. Data was scattered, and timekeeping and payroll processes were primarily manual, leading to many operational inefficiencies. Furthermore, the security system was not optimally optimized, posing a potential risk of sensitive information leaks.
However, with the advent of software, all human resource management tasks have been standardized and digitized. Tracking employee information has become faster and more accurate, while the performance evaluation process is carried out systematically, creating a solid foundation for long-term human resource development policies. In particular, this system also enhances security, ensuring absolute safety for CC1's employee data.
Speaking at the ceremony, General Director Le Bao Anh emphasized that CC1 is in a period of strong development, aiming for revenue exceeding 10,000 billion VND this year. In addition, the company is implementing more than 70 projects spanning from North to South, including transportation, technical infrastructure, civil engineering, airports, and buildings.
With its ever-expanding scale, optimizing human resource management has become a key factor in helping CC1 improve operational efficiency. He emphasized that the application of the CC1-XBoss system not only automates processes and reduces administrative workload but also increases accuracy in management and shortens data processing time. As a result, the company can make faster decisions, optimize personnel costs, and improve productivity, creating a solid foundation for competitiveness and sustainable development.
The ceremony concluded in a solemn atmosphere with the presentation of gifts and awards, expressing appreciation for the contributions of the project implementation team. This is not only a significant milestone in the cooperation between CC1 and XBoss, but also a major step forward in helping CC1 modernize its human resource management, preparing for breakthrough growth targets in the future.
