In line with the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, building a modern and synchronized infrastructure system is identified as one of the three strategic breakthroughs for sustainable national development.
The goal by 2030, with a vision to 2045, is to gradually establish a national infrastructure framework, while prioritizing the development of key sectors such as energy, information technology, major cities, and especially environmental protection infrastructure and climate change adaptation.
In line with that strategic vision, and as a leading construction contractor in Vietnam, CC1 has concretized it through strong investment in human resources, application of science and technology, and expansion of international cooperation.
Over the years, CC1 has dedicated significant effort and resources to supporting students, the future engineers of the country. In September 2025, CC1 collaborated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology to hold the opening ceremony for the intensive training program "High-Speed Rail - Urban Rail". Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc affirmed CC1's long-term commitment through scholarship programs, specialized seminars, on-site internships, and opportunities to directly participate in key national projects.
In the next phase, CC1 will continue to expand cooperation with specialized universities nationwide, forming a team of elite engineers to meet the increasingly high demands of infrastructure development in the context of the country entering a period of strong transformation, moving towards an era of integration and development.
CC1's partnership with the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) is a testament to the company's persistent efforts and dedication in developing high-quality human resources. With a long-term vision, CC1 not only cultivates knowledge and inspires aspirations but also builds a solid foundation for the next generation of young engineers – the pioneering force contributing to the creation of a modern, integrated, and sustainable infrastructure for Vietnam.
