On October 21, 2025, at the headquarters of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), CC1 held a meeting and working session with Shudao Investment Group (China) to exchange ideas, connect, and seek cooperation opportunities in the field of investment, construction, and infrastructure development.

Attending the meeting, on behalf of CC1 were Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director, Mr. Le Viet Hoai – Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – Construction and Installation Executive Director, along with representatives from the investment, technical, and business development departments of the Corporation. On behalf of Shudao Investment Group, Mr. Lam Ve – General Director, and a high-level delegation from the Group were present.

The meeting took place in an open, friendly, and cooperative atmosphere, reflecting a spirit of mutual sharing of experiences, leveraging strengths, and striving towards sustainable development values. Both sides presented an overview of their capabilities, areas of operation, and investment strategies, thereby opening up many potential avenues for future cooperation.

With over 46 years of establishment and development, CC1 has affirmed its position as a leading construction contractor in Vietnam, leaving its mark through a series of key national projects across the country. Projects undertaken by CC1 always demand high technical expertise, large scale, and strict deadlines, ranging from transportation infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects to civil engineering and modern urban areas.

In the field of transportation infrastructure, CC1 is the contractor for many expressways, bridges, and roads throughout the country, including the Ho Chi Minh Expressway (La Son – Tuy Loan section), Thu Thiem Bridge, An Hao Bridge, Hoa An Bridge, the new Dong Nai Bridge, and the North-South Expressway…

Notably, in early September, CC1 undertook the construction of component project 3: Investment and construction of the expressway under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) method of the Ring Road 4 Project – Hanoi Capital Region. The Ring Road 4 Project – Hanoi Capital Region is a key national infrastructure project with a total investment of over 56,000 billion VND, playing a role in directly connecting Hanoi with provinces in the Northern key economic region, completing the inter-regional transport network and promoting urban, industrial, and logistics development. In this project, CC1 is responsible for the main components, demonstrating its capacity to construct large-scale, technically complex projects and affirming its position as a leading contractor in the national transport infrastructure sector.

In the context of integration and globalization, CC1 always focuses on expanding international cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis, with flexible cooperation models such as PPP, EPC, joint ventures, or technology transfer, aiming to leverage each party's strengths in finance, technology, management, and human resources towards modern construction solutions, shortening project timelines, and ensuring project quality.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director emphasized: “CC1 always cherishes opportunities for international cooperation, where businesses can share experiences, jointly develop technology, and together create projects that bring sustainable value to the community.”

The meeting with Shudao Investment Group was not only an opportunity for both sides to better understand each other's capabilities and directions, but also a meaningful starting point in the journey of connecting and expanding international cooperation, contributing to affirming CC1's strategic vision in the era of global integration.

Recently, in the field of transportation infrastructure, major cities have continuously launched a series of key infrastructure projects, promising to create a new look for urban infrastructure. Many of these projects are "racing against time" to be completed by the end of this year, demonstrating the nation's attention and promotion of transportation, as well as efforts to boost regional connectivity through the network of arterial roads.
