On the morning of February 6, 2026, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) held its 2025 Year-End Review Conference and the 2026 Task and Plan Implementation Conference. The conference was an important opportunity for CC1 to reflect on the past year – a year of many challenges but also marking the persistent efforts, sense of responsibility, and resilience of the CC1 team amidst a construction and infrastructure market that continues to face many fluctuations.

Setting a revenue record in 2025
At the conference, the Board of Directors presented a summary report on activities in 2025, comprehensively evaluating the results achieved in production and business, management, organizational structure, and human resource development. Despite pressure from material costs, labor shortages, and increasingly high demands for deadlines and quality, CC1 has strived to maintain stable operations, gradually improving its general contractor capabilities and affirming its position and reputation in the construction and infrastructure market. Over the past year, CC1 has made its mark on key construction sites, completing more than 70 projects nationwide.
In 2025, CC1 continued to demonstrate a stable foundation for medium and long-term development thanks to its large existing construction contract volume. A highlight of the year was the high value of awarded contracts, with the total value of newly signed contracts reaching VND 18,186 billion, along with the value of projects carried over from 2026 onwards at approximately VND 42,500 billion. This ensured a plentiful workload for production and business operations, creating a foundation for CC1 to achieve the USD 1 billion revenue milestone in the near future.
In 2025, CC1 recorded revenue exceeding VND 11,616 billion, an increase of 211% compared to 2024 and the highest revenue level since the company's establishment. Along with revenue growth, pre-tax profit increased by 181% compared to the previous year, reflecting positive changes in CC1's operational efficiency, management capabilities, and project implementation.
Based on its existing contract volume and ongoing projects, CC1 is assessed to have stable growth potential with a large backlog value of over VND 42,500 billion, creating a foundation for stable and sustainable revenue growth.
Accordingly, in the context of the country's accelerated public investment and national infrastructure development, along with many important resolutions of the Party and Government aimed at affirming the role of the private sector, businesses are oriented towards participating in investment projects in the form of public-private partnerships (PPP). CC1 not only assumes the role of a construction contractor but also gradually participates as an investor, thereby increasing financial efficiency and long-term strategic value.
Participation in PPP projects is expected to help CC1 expand its operations, diversify revenue sources, gradually reduce its dependence on bank loans, and create a large backlog and stable cash flow. In parallel with this direction, CC1 is accelerating operational efficiency improvements by implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, demonstrating a strong commitment to digital transformation and gradually applying automation in construction to optimize costs, increase productivity, and strengthen the foundation for sustainable development, aiming towards the international market.
Over the past year, CC1 has also been recognized for its persistent efforts by independent organizations through a series of prestigious titles such as: Top 10 Leading Construction Companies in Vietnam; Leading the Top 10 Reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors; Top 10 Green ESG Enterprises in Vietnam; Top 10 Innovative & Efficient Business Enterprises; Top 3 Pioneering Sustainable Development Construction Contractors at VSCF 2025; along with inclusion in the Top 50 Excellent Enterprises in Vietnam, PROFIT500 and the title of Most Loved Enterprise – Enterprise of Choice 2025…
Alongside its business activities, CC1 also dedicates significant effort to community initiatives. In 2025, CC1 planned to allocate nearly 10 billion VND to social welfare activities and support disaster relief efforts following floods and storms in many localities in Central Vietnam. The company also sponsors scholarships for students at universities such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture.

Besides the achievements, there are still some targets that have not been met as expected, which the Management Board has mentioned and outlined directions for addressing in the first months of this year. Accordingly, in the coming period, CC1 will continue to strengthen internal control, standardize the governance system, accelerate digital transformation, and improve operational efficiency. These measures demonstrate CC1's determination to build a more sustainable and professional development foundation in the new phase.
Strengthening internal capabilities for 2026
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 – emphasized that human resources are a key factor determining CC1's ability to achieve its goals in the coming period. According to him, CC1 needs to continue strengthening and improving the quality of its workforce, supplementing resources for core areas to ensure effective project implementation and transform work into tangible results, thereby creating a solid foundation for the Corporation to enter a new phase of development with higher goals. Along with that, CC1 also needs to focus on developing human resources according to new standards, improving management capacity, negotiation, and execution of EPC contracts. This is the foundation for CC1 to enhance its internal strength and gradually participate more deeply in large-scale, complex EPC and PPP projects, according to international standards.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director of CC1 – stated that in 2026, the construction industry is projected to enter a new growth cycle with a clear shift in focus towards infrastructure. In particular, the period from 2026 to 2030 opens up many development opportunities, as public investment continues to play a leading role, and mechanisms for PPP projects are increasingly perfected, creating favorable conditions for the implementation of large-scale, long-term infrastructure projects.

According to him, in the context of increasing competition, EPC will be the central playing field, where the advantage no longer lies in price but in overall integration capabilities, risk management, project schedule, and quality. Along with that, digital transformation is no longer an option but has become a market standard, especially for projects using public investment and PPP capital.
With its accumulated foundation, he affirmed that CC1 has sufficient internal strength to enter a new phase of development, ready to participate in and lead large-scale, complex EPC and PPP projects, based on its management capabilities and digitized data. According to him, digital transformation is no longer just a slogan; in the long term, managing all project information on a unified digital platform will become an inevitable trend, requiring construction companies to proactively transform to meet the new demands of the market. In that spirit, CC1 defines digital transformation not as investing in individual software, but as changing operational thinking and project management methods. Building on its existing ERP platform, CC1 will accelerate the digitization of construction sites, applying AI, automation, and real-time data to control progress, quality, and risks early and remotely.
Regarding personnel matters, in 2025, CC1 also appointed a series of senior personnel to strengthen its team and ensure the effective implementation of its development strategies in the coming period.
Although many challenges lie ahead, the Management Board believes that with discipline, unity, and a strong desire to excel, CC1 will continue to stand firm, proactively seize opportunities, and conquer higher goals in 2026 and beyond.
The conference concluded in an atmosphere of determination and high expectations. A new chapter has officially begun, a chapter in which the entire CC1 family is united in striving towards sustainable values, affirming the role and responsibility of a leading construction company, and contributing to the development of the country.
