Internal Communications Specialist

Job Description:
1. Develop communication strategy:
– Plan and implement internal communications strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement.
2. Create content:
– Write and edit communication materials such as newsletters, articles for intranet, and content for internal events.
– Production of videos, images and other visual communication materials.
3. Information channel management:
– Maintain and update internal communication channels such as intranet, email, bulletin boards, and internal social networks.
– Ensure information is transmitted accurately and promptly.
4. Training:
– Integration training, sharing corporate culture
4. Event organization:
– Plan and organize internal events such as seminars, meetings, and team building activities.

– Event organization experience: Experience in planning and organizing internal events.
3. Skills
– Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to persuade and convey information effectively, interact with Departments and Management Board to build satellites to collect information and data.
– Writing skills: Good writing skills, ability to edit and create attractive content.
– Technology skills: Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
– Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities.
4. Personality

Head of QC Department

Job Description:
+ Control quality records, control input materials, supplies, and equipment of the bidding package project.
+ Plan for inspection, acceptance, sampling, and measurement of necessary technical parameters of the bid package.
+ Check and coordinate with investors to resolve issues related to the quality of materials submitted for bidding packages.

Job Description:

Supply Specialist

Job Description:
1. Search for potential suppliers, domestic and foreign suppliers, negotiate prices, payment methods, contracts with new suppliers, place purchase orders with suppliers that have cooperated before;
2. Negotiate debts, monitor payables and make payments to suppliers according to the financial plan to ensure safe and timely supply of goods in the supply chain to serve the Corporation's projects and the department's business segments;
3. Propose selling prices for assigned items, carry out purchasing procedures;
4. Determine internal supply capacity for each Project of the Corporation, draft bidding supply plan and supply plan for the Corporation's projects;
5. Develop and manage supplier contracts;
6. Care and relationship with suppliers;
7. Monitor purchasing and supply progress, promptly resolve arising issues and evaluate supply efficiency (if required);
8. Comply with reporting regimes as prescribed by the department;
9. Collect purchasing requirements from departments, develop strategic supply plans, and develop annual purchasing plans;
10. Periodically evaluate, re-evaluate and recommend supplier selection;
11. Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head/Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

QC Engineer

Job Description:
– Prepare and control construction drawing approval documents, material samples, etc.
– Control the quality of all input materials, according to technical standards and approved samples, with a list of acceptance records.
– Provide quality documents and support the construction QS department to complete payment settlement documents with the Investor/Contractor.
– Coordinate with the Supervision department to conduct internal acceptance with the contractor, accept work/phase/handover with the Supervision Consultant/Investor
– Check for discrepancies and missing construction information from construction design documents, instructions from the Supervision Consultant and Investor.
– Receive, coordinate with the Supervision department to process and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) from the Supervision Consultant and Investor.
– Maintain quality related records

Job Description:
– Planning and monitoring of Health, Safety and Environment as well as compliance with occupational safety standards at the construction site.
– Investigate reports and provide solutions to all accidents to prevent possible incidents.
– Monitor first aid kits, equipment and update documentation as needed.
– Organize regular training for project staff on occupational safety.
– Conduct drills and emergency response plans.
– Check the status and report on safety work at site.
– Conduct inspection reports to customers and random internal inspection reports at the Site.

Job Description:
– Make construction plan, manage progress, quality and report daily work to the Commander related to road construction work.
– Manage the team of engineers supervising the road construction site; be the focal point for communication and resolving issues with the investor, construction supervision consultant, and construction contractor related to road construction.
– Review design documents and construction drawings before submitting for approval.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or higher in traffic construction or equivalent.
– Have at least 07 years of experience in construction of traffic works;
