Attending the Conference, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Van Huan - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Bao Anh - General Director - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors with the participation of more than 80 management level personnel at CC1.
Within the framework of the Conference, the Project Director and Department Heads reported achievements and limitations in the first and second quarters of 2023, and proposed many new solutions to improve and optimize efficiency. work results.
Looking back at the first 6 months of 2023, with the right decisions and directions of the Corporation's Board of Directors and the enthusiasm and efforts of the staff, up to now, CC1 has achieved many successes. proud achievement. Specifically, in Quarter I and Quarter II, CC1 recorded net revenue from sales and service provision reaching VND 545.80 billion and VND 1,236.07 billion, respectively. Accordingly, gross profit had a prosperous growth when it reached 54.19 billion VND in the first quarter and increased to 108.82 billion VND in the second quarter.
Besides, in order to meet the growth rate of revenue and number of existing projects, CC1 focuses on human resource development in both quantity and quality. In the first 6 months of the year, the personnel ratio increased by 20% compared to the same period. CC1 is carefully preparing improvement and training activities to develop and upgrade the team. All functional departments/divisions of CC1 are also promoted to develop and increase human resources to focus on further expanding business activities in 2023 and the following years.
