In Vietnam, Mr. Phongsavath Senaphuan - Chairman of Phongsubthavy Group is one of the shareholders in Mekong Investment Holdings Company based in Hanoi. He once cooperated with EVN to export electricity from Laos to Vietnam and participated in building a pulp and paper processing factory worth nearly 22,000 billion VND in Binh Dinh province.
