CC1 ORGANIZES A PROGRAM TO HONOR KNOWLEDGE ON VIETNAMESE TEACHERS' DAY NOVEMBER 20


On the morning of November 20, 2024, joining the atmosphere of gratitude for Vietnamese Teachers' Day across the country, Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) held a Celebration Ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20 to honor outstanding individuals in training and inspiring knowledge in work and life.

This is an opportunity for the company to look back on its development journey associated with the spirit of continuous learning and to show appreciation for the quintessential values of knowledge - a solid foundation for the success and sustainable development of CC1.

The event was solemnly held at the headquarters, with the participation of the Board of Directors, veteran staff and outstanding individuals.

Mr. Le Bao Anh - General Director of CC1, declared the opening of the ceremony, and emphasized the significance of this event in promoting the tradition of "Respecting teachers and valuing education" of the Vietnamese people.

He said that November 20 is not only an occasion to show gratitude to teachers in the field of Education, but also an opportunity to honor individuals who have been spreading inspiration and sharing knowledge in all fields.

According to him, at CC1, every employee can become a “teacher” through guiding, supporting colleagues and sharing experiences, thereby promoting common development together. These values not only contribute to promoting progress at work but also serve as the foundation for CC1 to build a sustainable learning culture, constantly innovate and affirm its leading position in the construction industry.

Also within the framework of the event, outstanding individuals in internal training and guidance were recognized. During the exchange, they took turns sharing stories, experiences and practical lessons accumulated through their work at CC1. This valuable information provided an interesting and positive perspective on each work situation as well as instilled learning motivation and solidarity among colleagues at the company.

CC1 always attaches importance to building and maintaining a sustainable learning culture. From systematic training programs, specialized seminars to practical experience sharing sessions are always organized regularly, creating conditions for each individual to continuously improve both professional capacity, soft skills and creative thinking.
