On the occasion of International Women's Day, a meaningful sharing session with the theme "Women in the TUNA Era – Changing for Balance and Development" was held at the Corporation's auditorium. Before the program began, Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors of CC1 – extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the women on this special occasion. The Chairman expressed the role of women not only as keepers of the family flame, wives, mothers, and daughters who always sacrifice and understand, but also as an irreplaceable force in the development of the Corporation.
As the moderator of the sharing session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bao Tran – Director of Human Resources Management – offered insightful perspectives on the journey of women in a rapidly changing society. She emphasized the core message: “Balancing work and family begins with setting clear goals, combined with sincere listening skills, skillful feedback, dedication, and adaptability to the times.” Based on her profound personal experiences, she shared how women overcome challenges, maintain their passions, assert their position in their careers, and nurture family happiness.
The stories she shared were not only experiences and lessons, but also pieces of emotion told from the heart. The sincerity, strength, and love in each of her words and stories touched the hearts of every participant, giving them the motivation to continue their own journeys.
Following the sharing session, the warm atmosphere continued with an intimate buffet at D'Maris restaurant, where the women had the opportunity to socialize, chat, and enjoy delicious food. The event was successfully organized with the support of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Corporation, contributing to a meaningful International Women's Day.
