The meeting took place in a formal atmosphere with the participation of senior representatives from both companies. Representing CC1 were Mr. Phan Van Chinh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dang Hoang Thien Long – Head of Business Development, Mr. Tran Vinh Phuc – Director of Investment Division, Mr. Le Van Khoa – Head of Investment Department, and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung – Head of Communications Department. Representing CMEC – Renewable Energy Division were Mr. Li Bin – Deputy General Director, Mr. Ban Chaoli – Director of Business Development, Mr. Wu Sida – Commercial Engineer, and Mr. Wang Jingchi – Commercial Engineer.
With over 45 years of experience, CC1 has established itself as one of the leading construction corporations in Vietnam, specializing in the construction of key national projects such as airports, train stations, industrial plants, and transportation infrastructure. Its professionalism, solid capabilities, and spirit of continuous innovation have made CC1 a trusted partner for many domestic and international businesses.

Meanwhile, CMEC, with over 47 years of experience and strengths in international engineering and trade, has become one of the leading corporations in providing comprehensive solutions for design, equipment supply, and construction. With extensive experience and advanced technology, CMEC has made its mark on numerous large-scale projects in the international market, creating a solid foundation for effective cooperation with CC1.

At the ceremony, both sides discussed potential cooperation and strategic directions for the future, committing to maximizing each other's strengths to improve project quality, optimize costs, and ensure construction progress meets international standards. This event is not only a significant milestone in bilateral relations but also opens up many breakthrough opportunities, laying the groundwork for large-scale projects in the future.
Following the success of key projects such as the Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant, the Song Hau 1 Thermal Power Plant, the Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant, as well as major infrastructure projects like Long Thanh Airport, Tan Son Nhat Airport Terminal 3, and Ho Chi Minh City Metro Line 1, CC1 is continuing to expand its portfolio of cooperation with international partners in the renewable energy sector. Specifically, CC1 and CMEC are taking the first steps to research and implement large-scale wind power projects. It is expected that both parties will jointly assume the role of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor, participating in key stages from design and equipment supply to construction and operation. The two parties will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), agreeing on the scope of work, implementation plan, and schedule for providing necessary documentation for the survey.

The collaboration on this wind power project not only opens up a new area of CC1's operations but also allows the company to continue asserting its pioneering role in the construction and renewable energy industries. Combining CC1's practical experience with CMEC's advanced technology, this project promises to deliver sustainable value and contribute to the development of the clean energy sector in Vietnam.
The cooperation exchange ceremony between CC1 and CMEC marks a significant milestone in bilateral cooperation, aiming towards international-scale projects and enhancing the position of both companies in the global market. This provides a solid foundation for a sustainable future of cooperation, opening up new opportunities in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
