On April 25, 2025, at the 12th floor of Sailing Tower, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) and MobiFone Service Company Region 2 held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation. This event not only opened a new chapter in the partnership between the two parties but also marked a step forward in CC1's digital transformation strategy, aiming to build a modern, sustainable business ecosystem and achieve comprehensive digital transformation.
The signing ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere, with the full participation of representatives from both sides. Representing CC1 were Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dinh Van Hung – Deputy General Director, Mr. Pham Le Hao – Deputy General Director, and management staff at all levels. Representing MobiFone were Mr. Ly Quoc Minh – Director, Mr. Le The Tu – Deputy Director, Mr. Mai Ngoc Khanh – Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch 1, and other management representatives.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Le Hao – Deputy General Director of CC1 shared: “Our vision is to become a pioneering construction group, not only leading in construction quality, but also in the application of digital technology in all aspects of our operations, from project management and supply chain to strategic decision-making. Specifically, within the framework of cooperation, CC1 will leverage MobiFone's advanced digital platforms, including 5G technology, AI, Big Data, and solutions such as MobiFone CA digital signatures and electronic invoices, to build a solid digital platform supporting comprehensive digital transformation in the business ecosystem.
With over 45 years of formation and development, CC1 has affirmed its position as one of Vietnam's leading construction contractors through a series of key national projects such as Tan Son Nhat T3 terminal, Long Thanh International Airport, the North-South expressways, Metro Line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien), Na Duong II Thermal Power Plant, Quang Trach 1 Thermal Power Plant, Thu Thiem Bridge, Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital, Long Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant, Package 4 - National Highway 5 upgrade project in the Kingdom of Cambodia…
