In particular, infrastructure and transportation projects faced material shortages and other external impacts, yet we still adhered to the schedule and completed them successfully. That is commendable. I hope that Town Hall Q1/2025 will be a forum for everyone to frankly share, not only report but also propose and suggest solutions to discuss optimal solutions, thereby leading to a brilliant finish in the following quarters.”

Continuing the program, departments/divisions reported on achievements and shortcomings to be addressed in the first quarter of 2025, while also proposing new solutions to improve and optimize work efficiency in subsequent quarters. The program took place in a spirit of frank, objective, and open dialogue. Many opinions were shared regarding obstacles and difficulties encountered in construction projects in general, and in the Civil, Industrial, and Transportation - Infrastructure sectors in particular, such as shortages or scarcity of materials, geological and hydrological conditions, etc.
After listening to the practical feedback from the project management team and engineering staff, the CC1 leadership issued timely directives and proposed specific solutions to address the bottlenecks arising at the construction sites. Simultaneously, the leadership also requested that the project management teams closely monitor the construction progress of each item, enhance proactiveness in organizing and implementing construction, and ensure the quality of the project and workplace safety.

Besides reporting on the business performance results for the first quarter and discussing solutions to complete the business plan in the following quarters, promoting digital transformation and building corporate culture were also two topics of particular interest to the leadership at this Town Hall event.
During the program, Mr. Le Bao Anh – General Director – emphasized four competitive advantages that CC1 will focus on perfecting and strengthening in the 2025-2027 period, including the application of information technology and international standards in management and operations; building a large-scale, high-speed, and efficient supply chain; building a professional and easily replicable management system, culture, and human resources at member companies; and developing a multi-industry, multi-product ecosystem, aiming to become an EPC general contractor.

During the sharing session, Mr. Le Bao Anh also emphasized the importance and urgency of applying digital transformation at CC1. Currently, CC1 has been implementing many advanced technological solutions in both management and construction, aiming to build a synchronized digital ecosystem that closely connects all departments in the Corporation's value chain.
Alongside a clear strategy, a robust digital platform, and standardized processes, the crucial remaining element is people, which will help CC1 enhance its competitive advantage. Accordingly, this year, CC1 aims to build a strong corporate culture, spreading positive values and contributing to a more effective work ethic, improving efficiency, and fostering humane and sustainable team cohesion. The company will also prioritize recruiting the right people for the right jobs at the right time and implement various policies and mechanisms to retain talent.
