The groundbreaking ceremony for the infrastructure construction package of the Ho Guom Green Urban Area project recently took place in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province. The event was organized by TBS Land Investment Joint Stock Company – a subsidiary of TBS Group (TBS Group) and Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1).
The Ho Guom Green Urban Area project is planned and built on a 26.4-hectare plot of land, promising to become a "miniature Hanoi" in the heart of Lai Thieu town (Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province). To date, the project has constructed a lake area with a shape and size similar to Ho Guom Lake in Hanoi, along with a tower placed on a raised mound in the middle of the lake, reminiscent of the familiar Turtle Tower. For the investor, the Ho Guom Green Residential Area project is a promise carrying a special aspiration: to create an ancient historical and cultural relic, a mirror reflecting time full of emotion, so that people in the South – those who do not have the opportunity to go to the North – can still admire the beauty and significance of Ho Guom Lake.

In this project, CC1 is responsible for the construction of technical infrastructure, including transportation systems; rainwater drainage systems; wastewater drainage systems; power supply and lighting systems; water supply and fire fighting systems; communication systems; and the The Huc Bridge. These are all core components of the technical infrastructure of a modern urban area, requiring synchronized, precise construction and a long-term vision in the overall planning.
Sharing their reasons for choosing CC1, a representative from the investor, TBS Land, stated that technical infrastructure is the first and most important foundation for creating a sustainable and efficiently operating living space. When transportation, water supply and drainage, lighting, fire protection, and communication systems are systematically implemented from the outset, the entire project will operate smoothly, sustainably, and save on maintenance costs later on. With their capabilities and experience in constructing technical infrastructure across numerous large projects nationwide, TBS Land believes that CC1 will deliver construction quality that meets standards and is worthy of the image of a unique urban area like Ho Guom Xanh.

Infrastructure components within urban development projects like Ho Guom Xanh require precise, synchronized construction capabilities and optimized underground space utilization. In particular, the water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems need to adhere to high standards of safety and long-term performance. CC1 has proactively developed construction methods suitable to the area's geology, applying modern technology and equipment, along with a team of experienced engineers, to ensure quality from the outset.
Furthermore, the The Huc Bridge within the urban area is also a particularly important construction project, as it is not just a small transportation structure but also holds symbolic significance, creating a landscape highlight for the entire urban area. CC1 will construct a lightweight structure, ensuring durability and safety, while also paying attention to aesthetics, from shape and color to materials, to harmonize with the overall space of the lake and surrounding architecture.

Moreover, with a project like Ho Guom Xanh (Green Lake) involving the simultaneous implementation of multiple infrastructure components, securing the supply of construction materials is a significant challenge for CC1. The problem demands even greater efficiency as it requires both timely completion and high-quality construction.
Regarding solutions to this problem, a representative from CC1 stated that the Corporation has been proactively seeking and resolving material supply issues to avoid the impact of market fluctuations, such as regularly stockpiling raw materials; researching and utilizing local raw material sources; expanding cooperation with multiple suppliers to ensure continuous supply; and working with local authorities to obtain permits for material quarries for ongoing projects. However, ensuring the supply of materials in the context of the current general scarcity in the construction market requires coordinated efforts from all relevant agencies, facilitating mining operations and promptly planning for material quarries to meet market demand.
In the field of civil construction, prior to the Ho Guom Green Urban Area project, CC1 had already demonstrated its superior construction capabilities through a series of infrastructure and urban projects nationwide, such as Vinhomes Central Park villa complex, King Crown Infinity high-end complex, Hanh Phuc residential area (Ho Chi Minh City), Dong Hoi high-rise housing and resettlement area (Hanoi), etc.
Accordingly, this project further affirms CC1's comprehensive capabilities in the field of urban and civil infrastructure. It's not simply about constructing individual components, but also about organizing and implementing projects synchronously, ensuring technical connectivity between underground and aboveground systems and landscaping. This also demonstrates CC1's construction prowess in meeting advanced standards in model residential projects, aiming for sustainable urban development.
