CC1 is among the list of 18 capable investors in building social housing.

The Ministry of Construction has selected Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1) along with 17 other capable enterprises to implement social housing projects. This is a recognition and affirmation of the prestige and position of CC1, an enterprise with 46 years of experience, thousands of projects nationwide, and a solid foundation in three core areas: construction, investment, and production and trading of construction materials.

CC1 is on the list of enterprises selected by the Ministry of Construction, a testament to its reputation, capabilities, and pioneering position in the Vietnamese construction market.

This information was recently stated by the Ministry of Construction in a report submitted to the Government on promoting the development of social housing.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the selected enterprises are based on several factors, such as strong financial capacity, ensuring the ability to mobilize equity capital and credit to implement large-scale projects. In terms of experience, they need to have previously implemented social housing projects, worker housing projects, and urban areas with a scale of hundreds to thousands of units.

"The selected businesses must also demonstrate dedication, social responsibility, and a spirit of partnership with the Government in achieving housing welfare goals, and be ready to allocate investment resources," the Ministry of Construction stated.

Investors need to commit to long-term partnership in the development of social housing during the 2025-2030 period. Furthermore, these businesses should be capable of creating a closed value chain from planning, design, construction, operation to management of social housing, ensuring quality and reasonable pricing.
