On October 31, 2025, Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1) successfully held the Kick-off Ceremony for the "Reaching the Finish Line 2025" emulation campaign. This important event was a strong declaration of the spirit of "Overcoming the sun and rain, working 3 shifts and 4 teams, bringing projects to completion on schedule" of all staff and employees. The campaign was launched to further ignite determination in the final push of the fourth quarter – a breakthrough period to conclude the year with brilliant results.
The year 2025 holds special significance for CC1 as it marks the first year of implementing the Corporation's three-year strategic plan (2025-2027). This is not just a journey of numbers and progress, but also a journey to affirm the character and spirit of CC1 employees.
The Kick-off ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Bao Anh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Nguyen Van Ngoc – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Dinh Van Hung – Deputy General Director; Mr. Pham Le Hao – Deputy General Director; Mr. Tran Van Pha – Director of Construction and Installation; Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung – Director of Human Resources Management; and project managers and site supervisors, both in person and online.
Opening the ceremony, Mr. Le Bao Anh – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, shared the guiding message and officially launched the "Reaching the Finish Line 2025" emulation campaign, conveying a strong determination to all employees. This was a call to action for the entire CC1 ecosystem with the spirit of "The construction site is the battlefront, progress is honor, safety and quality are pride." The goal for 2025 is not only to complete the business and profit plan, but also to serve as a stepping stone towards a sustainable development strategy until 2027.
“Despite the difficulties stemming from deadline pressure and escalating material prices in recent times, the work shifts on the construction site have continued tirelessly to achieve the goals. I believe that the ahead-of-schedule results from the Tan Son Nhat T3 Terminal, the Circus, and the Phu Tho Multi-Purpose Gymnasium… are not due to luck but to the efforts of the CC1 construction warriors. We are not only building projects but also building the future of the country.”
He called on the site management boards, engineers, and staff of CC1 to work together and make breakthroughs on the journey to the finish line, aiming to become a leading construction investment group in Vietnam and a professional international contractor, worthy of the trust of customers and partners, and the pride of CC1 people.
The General Director also affirmed that CC1 will honor outstanding projects, individuals, and teams, recognizing the silent efforts that have contributed to building the proud legacy of the enterprise, a symbol of disciplined, creative, and pioneering CC1 employees.
Continuing in that spirit, Mr. Dinh Van Hung – Deputy General Director of Operations, emphasized that “Reaching the Finish Line in 2025” is a strong commitment from the entire CC1 ecosystem. Each project is completed on schedule and according to contract requirements with the investor, demonstrating not only the responsibility and honor of CC1 people but also CC1's quiet contribution to serving the people and society through the roads and bridges connecting vital transportation routes across regions.
At the event, Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Dung, Director of Human Resources Management, announced the awards for project management teams whose projects will be completed by the end of this year, and extended her best wishes to all staff and employees. She expressed that the "Complete the 2025 Goal" campaign is not only a call to action, but also an opportunity for each CC1 member to reflect on their journey, foster a proactive, creative spirit, and strengthen teamwork.
