On November 2, 2025, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh led a working group to inspect the progress of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway and Long Thanh International Airport projects. Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha also participated in the inspection.
Accompanying the delegation, on behalf of Construction Corporation No. 1 – JSC (CC1), were Mr. Phan Huu Duy Quoc – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dinh Van Hung – Deputy General Director, Mr. Le Viet Hoai – Deputy General Director, along with representatives from the Project Directors and Construction Site Managers.

At the Long Thanh International Airport "mega-project," CC1 is honored to have been entrusted by the investor with many key items under Component Project 3, including the elevated bridge and internal airport traffic (package 4.8), passenger parking garage (package 11.5), and passenger terminal (package 5.10), important components that contribute to shaping the appearance of the most modern airport in the region.
CC1 has directly reported on the progress, affirming its determination to complete the projects on schedule, ensuring quality, aesthetics, and safety. To date, CC1 has completed the work volume on schedule with the investor, making a significant contribution to the overall progress of the project.
On the construction site, hundreds of CC1 engineers and workers maintain a 3-shift, 4-team work schedule, striving every day to work with the investor ACV towards the goal of welcoming the first technical flight on December 19, 2025, a symbolic milestone for Vietnam's infrastructure aspirations to reach regional prominence.

Besides the Long Thanh International Airport project, CC1 is one of the key contractors in both components of the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway project, undertaking key contract packages.
On the construction sites, despite the unpredictable weather at the end of the year, the atmosphere remains vibrant and more urgent than ever. The entire team of engineers and workers at CC1 are entering the final stage, working day and night to accelerate progress and achieve the committed goals.
Mr. Dinh Van Hung, Deputy General Director, said: “Despite the prolonged rainy weather significantly affecting the progress, CC1 proactively implemented flexible construction plans, working overtime day and night to ensure uninterrupted work and is determined to meet the deadline. For CC1, progress is not just a plan, it's a matter of honor.”
From the outset, CC1 proactively prepared a sufficient supply of materials, especially stone, asphalt concrete, and K98 aggregate meeting technical standards, to ensure the quality of the foundation and the durability of the structure.
Simultaneously, the company doubled its paving lines, mobilized maximum machinery, equipment, and personnel, and deployed continuous construction to catch up on the schedule, with the spirit of "determination every day, every item," committing to completing the project on time, ensuring quality, safety, and aesthetics.
The presence of CC1's leadership at the site not only signifies checking progress but also serves as a strong encouragement to the entire team of engineers and workers diligently working on key national projects. It demonstrates CC1's spirit of "accompanying – sharing – supporting" the frontline workforce, those who, together with the company, are contributing to "transforming the nation" in its 46-year journey of infrastructure development and national progress.
Currently, CC1 is simultaneously implementing nearly 70 projects across the country, many of which are large-scale infrastructure projects that have entered the completion phase. This achievement further affirms CC1's management and construction capabilities and its pioneering spirit in the Vietnamese investment and construction sector.
Previously, CC1 successfully organized the Kick-off Ceremony for the "Reaching the Finish Line 2025" emulation movement, igniting a spirit of unity and determination to achieve the year's goals. The leadership's direct visits, encouragement, and support at the construction sites not only demonstrated close collaboration but also served as a powerful rallying cry, showcasing the determination of the entire CC1 ecosystem to accelerate in the fourth quarter – conquering important progress milestones and aiming for a completely successful 2025.
It is known that on November 3, 2025, the delegation will continue to visit the construction site of the Can Tho – Hau Giang – Ca Mau expressway project from interchange IC12 (Km126) to interchange IC10 (Km110), with a length of approximately 16km.
Below are some highlights of the CC1 leadership team's field trip to visit and encourage the CC1 team at the construction site:
